When your order is handed over to a shipping company you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number to follow your package.
Your parcels are shipped using courier services, so we cannot be held accountable for any losses, negative consequences or damage caused to your goods resulting from delivery delays.
You must check the condition of the parcel upon delivery. If you notice any damage, you must not accept the parcel and note it on the waybill. If you accept the parcel, it is deemed to have been delivered and you are assumed to have no complaints.
All your complaints and/or requests will be forwarded by subrogation to the administrative department of the courier company.

You can return the items within 14 days from the date of delivery thereof.
• In case of full return of the order, the full refund (including shipping costs) will be made.
• In case of partial return of the order, shipping costs are non-refundable.
• All tags of the items to be returned must be intact, the items must be unworn, undamaged, and clean.
• Make sure to include a paper version of VAT invoice with the items to be returned. You will keep e-invoice attached in the order confirmation email.
• Money will be refunded within 1 business day from the date of delivery of the item to be returned.
• The direct cost of returning the items shall be borne by the Buyer.
• Important! Shipments that are improperly packaged and damaged during delivery will not be accepted and the damaged goods will be returned to the customer at their expense. Therefore, please pack the goods being returned in the same way as you received from our online store - in a special package for transportation, or follow the recommendations of the courier services.
For your convenience you can return your goods via Omniva postal lockers, upon filling out the form on the Omniva return system.
It's FREE of charge – when a part of the order is being returned.
2.95 € – when returning the entire order. Upon receipt of the parcel the online shop will deduct 2.95 € from the refundable sum. Full order returned in parts will be charged for each returned part.
Omniva returns platform is owned by "Omniva". All questions, suggestions, requests or complaints regarding the Omniva system should be addressed to the management of "Omniva". The seller, "Mano paslaptis", is only the payer for this service.
If this method of return is not convenient for you, you can return the items at own expense by choosing a way that is most convenient for you to the address indicated on the purchase invoice: L.Asanavičiūtės g. 8-153, LT-04302 Vilnius, Lithuania, or Omniva self-service parcel terminal "Vilniaus IMPULS Asanavičiūtės paštomatas" – Vilnius, Lithuania.
The items to be returned sent to another address or via another self-service parcel terminal will not be delivered to the seller.
