Therefore, please pack the goods being returned in the same way as you received from our online store - in a special package for transportation, or follow the recommendations of the courier services.

It's FREE of charge – when a part of the order is being returned.
2.95 € – when returning the entire order. Upon receipt of the parcel the online shop will deduct 2.95 € from the refundable sum. Full order returned in parts will be charged for each returned part.
