• Make sure to include a paper version of VAT invoice with the items to be returned. You will keep e-invoice attached in the order confirmation email.

• Money will be refunded within 1 business day from the date of delivery of the item to be returned.

• The direct cost of returning the items shall be borne by the Buyer.

• In case of exchange of the item for a different size, please contact us by email info@vova-lingerie.eu so that we could process your replacement.

• The new item will be shipped using the same delivery method to the delivery address appearing on the original order, once the item to be replaced is returned. Delivery is free of charge.

• The item can be exchanged only once.
